Terms and Conditions

The shipment company will receive the device from the customer until the service center provides a report concerning the case for TVs only.

The device status must be documented in the shipment AWB.

In case of devices that have a warranty, the customer will only pay for transportation fees.

In case of out of warranty devices or misused devices, the customer will pay for fixing and transportation fees.

A technical report can only be provided after the transportation company delivers the case to the service center and the service center accepts it.
